This formula is going to help you pinpoint your ideal customer by figuring out the profession you should be working with.
So, if you want to have a clear idea of who you should target as a client in your virtual business, I am sharing my formula for FREE below. Believe me, it is effective, and it is what I used while working as a virtual assistant for years!
Are you curious about what a niche is? Let’s deep dive into it a little bit…
What Is a Niche?
A niche is like finding your special superpower in a big world full of different kinds of people. Just like some superheroes are known for their super strength, others for their super speed, you, too, have something special to offer that makes you unique and sets you apart from everyone else. It’s the specific area or problem that you are amazing at solving, and that is what makes you a superhero in your own way!
For example, if you are a virtual assistant, your niche could be organizing and streamlining processes for busy entrepreneurs. You could be the “Process Pro” who saves the day by making their workday smoother and more efficient. By focusing on this specific niche, you become the go-to superhero for busy entrepreneurs who need help with their processes.
What Are Pain Points?
Pain points are like little villains in your customers’ lives that are causing trouble and making things difficult for them. Just like how superheroes have to defeat villains to save the day, you have the power to help your customers defeat their pain points and make their lives easier.
For example, if you are a virtual assistant specializing in social media management, your customers’ pain points might be feeling overwhelmed by the constant demand to post new content or feeling like they don’t have enough time to manage their social media channels effectively. As the social media superhero, you can help defeat these pain points by taking on the burden of managing their social media presence, freeing up their time, and making their lives easier.

What Is An Ideal Client Profile?
An ideal client profile is like your superhero sidekick. Just like how every superhero has a trusted sidekick who complements their skills and helps them on their adventures, you, too, want to find a client who complements your services and helps you succeed in your virtual business.
For example, if you are a virtual assistant specializing in social media management, your ideal client profile might include small business owners who are tech-savvy and have a strong interest in growing their online presence. These clients are your perfect sidekicks because they understand the importance of social media and are eager to invest in your services to help grow their businesses. By working with these ideal clients, you can have a successful and rewarding virtual business adventure together!
Finding your ideal clients doesn’t have to be a complicated or time-consuming process. By using this simple formula, you can focus your efforts on attracting the right clients for your virtual business and building a successful, thriving career online as a virtual career girl.
